Long Time no See!

Geez! It has been over a month since I last blogged.

Well I finished my semester of college. All B's and one A. Pretty good. But I quit!

At least in this country.

The last two weeks of school really helped me figured out what I want to do as far as a career. Culinary! I'm still not going to rule out formal University Education. But it won't be in the states. What I could learn in say... Canada, is three times as better then here. I did the math and I would learn more about my specific field, like journalism, there then I would here. 3/4 of education in Canada is your major...Here 3/4 of education is liberal arts. Plus I have a better chance of getting a job there after I graduate. Hence why I have started another blog:

I want to immigrate there. The reason are post on there....

Anyways, Culinary. I love to cook. My day of TV consists most of the "Food Network" and now the new channel :Cooking Channel." It is interesting to me. I want to cook, I can be my own boss, I can create art, I can incorporate cultures and support multiculturalism. It's fun. I am still not going to rule out what I said about Phoenix and moving down there in my last post. It will take at least 1 1/2 years to enroll in culinary school. Plus another 12 to 18 months for getting into Canada. So....

Anyways I wanted to keep this short....I leave for to New Hampshire on Sunday with my dad for his mother's 95th Birthday....
